الميلاد والنشأة

ولد رائد في مدينة رفح بتاريخ 27/4/1983م وقد التزم في ريادة الساجد منذ نعومة أظافره، فقد كان لوالده الأثر في نشأته الدينية والأخلاقية التي تميز بها فكان يأخذه معه إلى الصلاة وعرفه على العديد من مشايخ المنطقة وبات يأخذه إلى حلقات التحفيظ فالتزم بها، كان أحد أشبال مسجد بلال بن رباح وعرف عنه آنذاك إلتزامه الديني والأخلاقي وكان حسن الخلق في التعامل مع ميع من يمر به من جيران وأحبة.
كانت تميزه علاقة وطيدة ومتينة مع أهله ووالديه، فقد كانت تجمعه مع والده علاقة الصداقة والأخوة وحيث أنه الابن الأكبر لوالديه فقد كان بارّاً بهما ومحافظهاً على طاعتهما ورضاهما عنه، ولم تقتصر علاقته الطيبة مع والديه فحسب بل كان يشمل ذلك أهل بيته من إخوانه وأخواته فقد كان يودهم ويحترمهم ولم يكن يقطع صله رحمه بهم أبداً.
كان شهيدنا رائد يتعامل مع الجميع بأخلاقٍ عالية وكان يشهد له بذلك جيرانه وأقربائه فتعامله معهم كان قائماً على علاقة الإخوة في الدين والاسلام وحسن الخلق، تميز بالإنصات لهم وسماع مشاكلهم وعلى قدر ما يستطيع كان يمد لهم يد العون عند حاجتهم.

مراحل دراسته وعمله

درس شهيدنا مرحلته الابتدائية والإعدادية في مدرسة ذكور العمرية التابعة لوكالة الغوث في منطقة تل السلطان بمدينة رفح وكان من الطلبة المتميزين في دراستهم وعلاقاتهم الاجتماعية مع زملائهم وأساتذتهم أيضاً، فقد كان رائد يستقطب زملائه ويحضهم على الصلاة والالتزام بالمسجد والصلوات وحلقت حفظ القرآن وكانت علاقته بهم علاقة اتسمت بالمودة والإخوة الطيبة.
وعندما تخرج من المرحلة الثانوية بدأ شهيدنا بدراسته الجامعية في الجامعة الإٍسلامية بغزة في تخصص المواد الاجتماعية وكان نشاطاً مميزاً في مجلس الطلبة في الجامعة، وحيث كان هناك صعوبة في التنقل بين المدينتين فضلاً عن الوقت الذي يستغرق للوصول الى الجامعة بسبب الحواجز الإسرائيلية وأبزرها (حاجز أبو هولي) اضطر رائد لنقل مكان دراسته من غزة إلى رفح وبدأ دراسته من جديد في جامعة القدس المفتوحة فتخرج منها بكالوريوس دراسات إسلامية.
بدأ رائد العمل في صفوف وزارة الداخلية كضابطاً في إدارة السجون وكان مقر عمله في سجن أصداء بمدينة خانيونس، وعرف عنه الإلتزام في العمل وأوقات الدوام وأيضاً كان أميناً ومحافظاً على السرية المطلوبة لسير العمل بأمان ونظام.

إلتزامه في المسجد

منذ كان رائد صغيراً كان ملتزماً بحلقات تحفيظ القرآن الكريم وكان محافظاً على صلواته الخمسة بالتزام ولأن البيئة التي نشأ فيها رائد كانت ملتزمة تنظيمياً أيضاً فقد التحق شهيدنا بصفوف الحركة منذ صغره في مسجد بلال بن رباح ومن ثم إنتقل إلى الإلتزام في مسجد الصالحين وبعدها إلى مسجد النور بالقرب من منزله حيث كان محافظاً على التزاماته الأخلاقية والدينية والتنظيمية أيضاً، فقد كان يعمل في جهاز العمل الجماهيري وكان حاضراً في كل الأنشطة المسجدية، و كان يتميز بنشاطه الغير مسبوق والسمع والطاعة، عرف عن شهيدنا خطه الجميل فقد كان يكتب على الجدران ويصمم ويكتب البوسترات واليافطات للحركة في جميع المناسبات والفعاليات.

  حياته الجهادية

ولحبه الشديد للجاهد وعشقه للمقاومة قرر رائد الإنضمام للجناح العسكري للحركة، فانضم شهيدنا إلى صفوف كتائب القسام في العام 2001م، وكانت نعم البداية التي تميز بها شهيدنا عن غيره من أقرانه، فقد كان نشيطاً ومؤدياً لكل المهمات الموكلة إليه على وجه التمام، عرف عنه صمته في أغلب الأوقات وإن بادر بالحديث فيكون عن الجهاد وحب الشهادة والمقاومة ، انضم بعد نشاطه الطويل في الكتائب إلى صفوف وحدة المدفعية، وكان يعمل فيها بجد وشارك بالعديد من العمليات الجهادية خصوصاً في الحروب والتصعيدات.
كان شهيدنا ملتزماً في تخصص المدفعية وكان متقناً لكل العلوم التي يتلقاها من حضوره للدورات التدريبية وتطويره من ذاته لنفسه، كان يشارك في أصعب العمليات الجهادية منها إطلاق قذائف107 على المغتصبات المواقع العسكرية المحاذية لقطاع غزة وعمليات إطلاق الرشقات الصاروخية خلال المواجهات والحروب الأخيرة، وأيضاً شارك في الكثير من المهمات الخاصة ومنها عمليات الإعداد والتجهيز ونصب الصواريخ وتجهيزيها.

موعد مع الشهادة

كان شهيدنا من المبادرين إلى الجهاد ولم يكن يغيب عن أحد أنه من عشاق الجنة وحورها، ففي حرب العصف المأكول لم يتفانى شهيدنا لحظة واحدة عن القيام بما يوكل إليه من مهمات جهادية خاصة وغيرها من المهام التي كانت تقربه شيئاً فشيئاً من الجنة.
بتاريخ 11/7/2014م تم تكليف شهدنا بمهمة شرق مدينة رفح لإطلاق عدة قذائف 107 كانت موجهة لموقع إسناد صوفا العسكري التابع لقوات الاحتلال ، فتوجه هو ورفيقه الشهيد محمد منير عاشور إلى المربض وقاموا بإطلاق عدة قذائف على الموقع وعندما عاد رفيقه الشهيد محمد منير عاشور ليقوم بتذخير المربض مرة أخرة استعداداً لرشقة ثانية من القذائف فباغتته طائرات الاحتلال بصواريخها فارتقى شهيداً على الفور، ما دفع شهيدنا بعد عدة دقائق للذهاب كي تفقد أحوال أخوه محمد فباغتته طائرات الإستطلاع أيضاً بصاروخ أدى إلى استشهاده ليرتقي رائد إلى العلا شهيداً يقابل ربه بعد حياة مليئة بالصلاح والجهادة وحب المقاومة، فما تمناه شهيدنا قد ناله.
قبل ذلك التاريخ الذي استشهد فيه رائد، استيقظ من نومه فهرع إلى والده ليخبرها ما رأى في المنام، فكان قد رأى أن طائرات الإستطلاع قامت بإطلاق صاروخ عليه وأدى به شهيداً نحو الجنة وكان هذا ما حدث معه فعلاً فكانت حياته التي تركها خلفه مليئة بالتضحيات والمقاومة وانتقل من دار الفناء إلى دار الخلد شهيداً.
وإنه لجهاد جهاد نصرٌ أو استشهاد ..

COMMENT

On July 11, 2014, east of Rafah city, Ashour and Hani fired 107 mm mortar rounds at IDF positions. When Ashour returned from retrieving additional ammunition for another round of firing, he was targeted and killed by an IDF missile. When Hani went to check on the condition of his fellow al-Qassami, he too was targeted and killed by an IDF missile.

Ra’ed Hani Abu Hani was not killed in a bombing in Rafah. This is a false statement and it conceals the true identity of Hani, an Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades terrorist operative. He was killed on an al-Qassam Brigades mission, launching mortar rounds at Israeli positions, from a marsh east of Rafah.

WEBSITE’S FALSE NARRATIVES CREATE EXAGGERATED UNTRUTHFUL CIVILIAN CASUALTY FIGURES

The original Humanize Palestine website was a memorial for martyred Palestinian terrorists. The website created false narratives for these individuals by utilizing texts and photographs to conceal their terror organization affiliations. This allowed the website to represent these individuals as either civilian casualties of war or as innocent Palestinian protesters, all victims of the ‘Israeli occupation’.

Like Hamas, the original Humanize Palestine website created false narratives to support the deception that many more civilians were killed by the Israeli security apparatus than terror combatants. As stated above, this was accomplished by falsely representing martyred combatants and street terrorists as civilian casualties of war or innocent protesters. However, the original Humanize Palestine website enhanced this deception by utilizing an additional more subtle technique. Their website untruthfully exaggerated the number of incidents involving the deaths of martyred Palestinian terrorists who were falsely represented as civilian casualties of war. This created the perception that many more Palestinian civilians were killed than actually were. The Ra’ed Hani Abu Hani narrative is an example of this deception.

Ra’ed Hani Abu Hani was killed together with Mohammed Mounir Ashour, in the same incident. However, the reader would never know this by reading the narratives appearing on the original Humanize Palestine website, Hani and Ashour webpages.

Two different narratives falsely created the deception that they were both killed in two unrelated incidents. The truth is found on the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades website:

The original Humanize Palestine website falsely created a narrative that Ashour and Hani had died in two separate incidents. But they did not, they were killed in the same incident, two Qassamis, Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades terror operatives, falsely represented by the original Humanize Palestine website as civilian casualties of war.

Mohammed Munir Ashour and Raed Abu Hani participated together in the same terror mission. The two Qassamis are not only united in death while carrying out that mission, they continue to be united in life. A Qatari charity is rewarding both families for their service in the Palestinian “resistance”, for sacrificing their lives serving in the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas:

The Hearing and Sight Foundation for Development and Community Rehabilitation is a Qatari NGO charity. It states that its charitable projects in Gaza support the needy, the poor, widows and orphans, especially the parents of cochlear-planted children, many of whom can not afford rehabilitation fees, transportation and other expenses. This is not completely true and misrepresents what the charity presently does in Gaza.

The charity covertly supports and rewards the families of martyred Palestinian terror operatives, affiliates and combatants such as Raed Abu Hani. By falsely claiming that the charity supports the needy, poor, widows and orphans, the parents of cochlear-planted children, they are concealing their true mission. Receiving aid is not dependent on any of the above. Being needy and poor is not a requirement. The predicate for receiving aid is the family’s affiliation with a Gaza terror organization. The charity supports and rewards the children, widows and orphans of dead Palestinian terror operatives.

Islamic law does not allow adoption, taking someone else’s child as your own. The closest thing to adoption that is is allowed is legal foster care known as “kafala” (كَفَالَة). Kafala is the Islamic legal institution analogous to guardianship and it is used instead of adoption. The Qatari charity is the legal guardian of the 239 children who appeared on their website’s kafala photo gallery, the sons and daughters of martyred Gaza terror operatives. The photo gallery consisted of twenty pages, twelve children per page, eleven on Page 20.

The charity’s website and kafala photo gallery were removed from the internet. Before this happened, most of the website and the twenty pages of photographs were archived. Below, a partial screen grab of one of the archived kafala pages:

Prior to August 2020, the Hamas and Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades websites had a green banner at the top of their home page. This is how the home page of Hamas’ TV station, al-Aqsa TV, appeared on March 16, 2020:

The green banner contained an embedded URL that linked to the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades website. Clicking on the green banner would open this webpage:

This was a fund raising scheme utilizing cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, to underwrite its terrorism (“resistance”). Note that the solicitation is in English. This would indicate that the fund raising scheme not only targeted Arabic speaking countries but English speaking western countries as well, such as the U.S.

In August 2020, the U.S. government seized the website, funds and assets:

U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE SEIZURE

The original Humanize Palestine website memorialized al-Qassam Brigades terror operatives, Ra’ed Hani Abu Hani was one example. In their own words, they honored the deceased terror operatives as martyrs by bringing them back to life through their pictures, stories, art, and poetry.

Now the victims of these terror operatives have been honored. The U.S. Department of Justice has seized al-Qassam Brigades assets, funds and websites, used to finance their terror campaigns. The monies will be directed to the United States Victims of State Sponsored Terrorism Fund.
