نشأته وطفولته
ولد الشهيد المجاهد أحمد عام 1991م، في جباليا حيث عاش وتربى وترعرع في كنف و أحضان الأسرة المحافظة والملتزمة وكانت تصرفاته ومعاملاته لوالديه وإخوانه وأصدقائه معاملة طيبة وتميز بحسن الخلق، وكان محبوبا لوالديه وإخوانه وأصدقائه في الحي والمدرسة والمسجد، منذ طفلته يحافظ علي الصلاة وخاصة الصلاة في المسجد.
حياته الدراسية
درس الشهيد المجاهد أحمد المرحلة الابتدائية في مدرسة عمر بن الخطاب، ثم انتقل إلى المرحلة الإعدادية في مدرسة معاوية بن أبي سفيان وانتقل إلى المرحلة الثانوية العامةـ وكان متميزاً في الإذاعة المدرسية .
وكان خلال مراحل الدراسة الثلاث معدله يفوق الـ 95% وحصل على العديد من شهادات التقدير والامتياز، وعمل في الكتلة الإسلامية بجامعة القدس المفتوحة، وكان أحد أعضاء مجلس الكتلة الإسلامية وتخرج من الجامعة قبل استشهاده بشهر.
التحاقه بالمسجد
بدأ الشهيد المجاهد أحمد ارتياد المسجد منذ نعومة أظافرة وقبل بناء مسجد الشهيد سليمان علون كان مداوما على الصلاة في مسجد الإيمان حيث كان يحفظ القرآن الكريم وتعلم والدين وبعد ذلك التحق بحلقات الذكر، وكان يتحلي “بالسرية والكتمان والذكاء” بالإضافة إلي ودوارات الإحكام والتلاوة والتجويد وشارك أخونه في النشاطات الدعوية والعسكرية.
تلقى الشهيد المجاهد أحمد الأسر التنشيطية في مسجد الايمان ثم التحق بإخوانه في مسجد الشهيد سليمان علوان حيث تلقى الأسر التكوينية وبايع جامعة الإخوان المسلمين عام 2006 .
حياته الجهادية
عن الحديث عن حياه الجهادية العطرة بالعطاء والتضحية والفداء في سبيل لله تجد أنها مليئة بالمواقف التي يشهد لها، فكان لا يرضى لنفسه أن يكون في الصفوف المتأخرة في الرباط بل يكون في الصوف الأولى على الثغور.
أنهى شهيدنا العديد من الدورات العسكرية منها ( دورة المستجدين، دورة إعداد مقاتل 1+2، دورة تخصصات عسكرية، بالإضافة إلى تضخيمات الفصائل).
شارك شهيدنا في حفر الأنفاق التي أرعبت المحتل بعمليات الإنزال خلف خطوط العدو، وكان لا يتوانى عن الخروج لزرع العبوات الأرضية على الشريط الحدودي، وشارك في معركة (السجيل والعصف المأكول).
كيفية الاستشهاد
17-7-2014م، ارتقى الشهيد المجاهد أحمد إلى الله شهيدا خلال معركة العصف المأكول بعد سجل حافل بالجهاد في سبيل الله، حيث كان مرابطا في أحد المواقع المتقدمة في منطقة العطاطرة حيث تم استهدف المنزل الذي يتواجد بداخله لصد عدوان الاحتلال وارتقي شهيدا برفقه عدد من إخونه ونال ما تمنى طوال حياته وهي الشهادة في سبيل الله.

He was killed when the house he was stationed in was targeted by the Israeli military. The house Rehan was located in was an advanced ambush site designed to kill advancing Israeli troops.
FACT #2:
He studied at the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades academy. He completed many military courses including the newcomers course, the 1 + 2 fighter preparation course, the military specialties course, in addition to the factions inflations.
CREATING FALSE NARRATIVES WITH PHOTOGRAPHS
The original Humanize Palestine website routinely did this, the photographs of the Palestinian ‘martyrs’ on their website concealed their terror organization affiliation. Ahmed Rehan was an example of this.

HAMAS / IZZ AL-DIN AL-QASSAM BRIGADES FUNDRAISING SCHEME
Prior to August 2020, the Hamas and Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades websites had a green banner at the top of their home page. This is how the home page of Hamas’ TV station, al-Aqsa TV, appeared on March 16, 2020:

The green banner contained an embedded URL that linked to the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades website. Clicking on the green banner would open this webpage:
This was a fund raising scheme utilizing cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, to underwrite its terrorism (“resistance”). Note that the solicitation is in English. This would indicate that the fund raising scheme not only targeted Arabic speaking countries but English speaking western countries as well, such as the U.S.
In August 2020, the U.S. government seized the website, funds and assets:

The original Humanize Palestine website memorialized al-Qassam Brigades terror operatives, Ahmed Rehan was one example. In their own words, they honored the deceased terror operatives as martyrs by bringing them back to life through their pictures, stories, art, and poetry.
Now the victims of these terror operatives have been honored. The U.S. Department of Justice has seized al-Qassam Brigades assets, funds and websites, used to finance their terror campaigns. The monies will be directed to the United States Victims of State Sponsored Terrorism Fund.
