ANALYSIS
The name “Saqr Ayesh al-Ajoury” appears in a list of the first 150 names of Palestinian casualties killed in Operation Protective Edge, the 2014 Gaza war, compiled by the Palestinian Health Ministry.
In subsequent lists, revised lists compiled by the Palestinian Health Ministry, lists of Palestinians killed in Operation Protective Edge, July 7-12, the name “Fakhr Aref Mohammed al-Ajouri” appears, Number 41 on the revised list(s).
The Meir Amit Intelligence and Terrorism Information Center’s findings state that al-Ajouri’s “Involvement in Terrorism” is “Terrorist operative in the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades”.

THE INCIDENT – SUMMARY
On July 8, 2014, while he was riding a three-wheeled vehicle known as a Tuk-Tuk (Tecktak), Fakhr Aref al-Ajouri was specifically targeted by an Israeli aircraft, a missile was fired and he was killed.
The YouTube video reveals that the missile strike specifically targeted the driver of the vehicle, al-Ajouri, and not the vehicle itself. The driver’s mangled body in contrast to the untouched rear part of the vehicle containing the cargo of fragile cardboard boxes demonstrates this fact.

FACT #2: Fakhr al-Ajouri was not killed in Jabaliya. He was killed on the Sheikh Zayed Roundabout in Beit Lahia.
Fact #3: Fakhr al-Ajouri was not killed in a bombing. He was targeted and killed by a missile.
