Abdel Nasser al-‘Ajouri, 26 years old, was martyred on Monday August 4, 2014 in Jabaliya. An Israeli aircraft fired at least one missile at the house of Mohammed Abdel Karim Abu Nijm, which is located in Block 8 in Jabaliya refugee camp, near the Al Tawba mosque. The two-story house was destroyed over the its residents, killing ten people, including three children and a woman. Abdel Nasser was part of the Islamic Jihad.

حديثنا اليوم عن الشهيد القائد عبد الناصر العجوري فارس سرايا القدس الذي استشهد في معركة البنيان المرصوص برفقة الشهيد القائد دانيال منصور “أبو عبد الله” قائد لواء الشمال بعد استهداف الطائرات الحربية لمنزل يعود لعائلة نجم وسط مخيم جباليا.
ميلاد الفارس
والدة الشهيد عبد الناصر العجوري تحدثت لـ”الإعلام الحربي” عن رحلة بزوغ فجر نجلها، حيث قالت: “لقد كان يوم 26 / 3 /1988 م هو يوم ميلاد نجلي عبد الناصر، وأن الفرحة عمت المنزل وخاصة بعد أن رأى والده بأنه يتسلم سيفا في منامه قبل ميلاده بأيام، وأن والده كان يريد أن يسميه سيف الا ان رغبة إخوته باسم عبد الناصر على اسم أخيه الكبير الذي توفي غرقا بالبحر”.
وأوضحت الأم الصابرة بأن الشهيد المجاهد عبد الناصر العجوري كان متفوقا في دراسته، حيث درس المراحل الأساسية في مدارس المخيم، وأنهى تعليمه الثانوي في مدرسة أبو عبيدة بن الجراح، ليلتحق بجامعة القدس المفتوحة وينهي دراسته الجامعية من قسم المواد الاجتماعية.
وقالت أنها كانت لا تعرف شيئا عن نشاطات عبد الناصر العسكرية لأنه كان كتوما ولا يخبر احد عن أسرار عمله التنظيمي والعسكري، موضحة بأنه خلال معركة البنيان المرصوص كان يأتي للبيت ليستحم ويخرج مسرعا ويغيب بعدها عدة أيام ولا يرجع للبيت إلا لشيء ضروري .
قائد منذ صغره
من جانبها، أوضحت الحاجة أم العبد شقيقة الشهيد الكبيرة بأنه كان متعلقا بها كثيرا لأنها هي من كانت ترعاه وهو صغير، مؤكدة بأنها كانت تلاحظ سمات وصفات القائد في شخصيته لأنه كان شجاعا وجريئا ولا يعرف التراجع والهزيمة.
وعن صفاته وأخلاقه، أضافت بان شهيدنا كان شجاعاً وصنديداً وقلبه يتسع لمحبة الجميع بالإضافة لابتسامته التي لم تفارق وجهه حتى يوم استشهاده وانه كان ملتزما ومحافظا على الصلاة بالمسجد منذ نعومة أظفاره .
وعن لحظة تلقيها نبأ استشهاد شقيقها قالت أم العبد، بأنها كانت مرافقة لابن أختها في رحلة علاج بالخارج قبل الحرب على غزة وكان عبد الناصر يتصل بها بشكل يومي .
واستطردت أم العبد قائلة بأنها تلقت اتصالا اخبرها باستشهاد شقيقها عبد الناصر، وأنها بكت بكاء شديدا في تلك اللحظة ولكنها تمالكت نفسها بعدها وبدأ زوار المستشفى لوداع جثمانه يأتون عندها وقاموا بفتح بيت عزاء بالمستشفى ليوم واحد.
وفي ختام حديثها تمنت أم العبد من الله تعالى بأن يتقبله شهيدا وان يجعله شفيعا لأهله وان يلبس والداه تاج الوقار يوم القيامة .

من جهته، قال حسام شقيق الشهيد بأنه كان نموذجا للعطاء ونموذجا للإخوة الحقيقية وعنوانا للشفافية ومحبا للكبار وعطوفا على الصغار .
أما عن علاقته بجيرانه فقد كان شهيدنا يحافظ على علاقة طيبة مع الجميع فهو يحب الجميع وأيضا كان محبوبا من الجميع, مضيفا بأن شهيدنا في الجامعة كان عنوانا لجميع أطياف الشعب الفلسطيني ولم يكن يمثل حركة الجهاد الإسلامي فقط بل كان يمثل جميع الكتل الطلابية فيها لأنه كان شخصا يحب الحق وينتصر له , والجماهير التي خرجت لتودعه في جنازة مهيبة أثناء الحرب هي الدليل الواضح على ذلك .
وأشار شقيق الشهيد أنه كان يلاحظ على شهيدنا بأنه يعمل لله ولا يحب الرياء في عمله لأنه كان مسئول لجهاز الاستخبارات العسكري التابع للسرايا بلواء الشمال ولم يظهر أمامنا أي ورقة او كلمة تدل على عمله.
وعن نشاطه خلال معركة البنيان المرصوص، تحدث شقيق الشهيد بأن شهيدنا المجاهد عبد الناصر العجوري قد أصيب بقدمه بكسر وتم وضع بلاتين فيها قبل الحرب بشهر والكسر لم يلتئم خلال المعركة وكنت أتحدث له بأن لك العذر بأن ترتاح بالبيت ولا يمكن لأحد أن يحاسبك فأنت معذور بالكسر في قدمك إلا أن عبد الناصر كان يجيب بان هذه أمانه قد حملتها وإذا تخليت قد يحدث خلل بالعمل فسأواصل العمل وحمل الأمانة الملقاة على عاتقي.
واستذكر حسام الموقف الأخير الذي شاهد فيه شقيقه الشهيد فقال: “في يوم استشهاده عاد إلى البيت ودخل للغرفة لينام وعند الظهر استيقظ وقال لي أنا عندي مشوار ضروري شعرت بأن هذا اليوم سيكون فيه حدثا وبقيت قلقا حتى وقعت عملية الاستهداف في المنطقة المجاورة لنا.
المتسامح والمحبوب
وأوضح شقيقه خالد بأن شهيدنا كان قريب جدا منه وانه إذا أراد شيئا لجأ إليه وكثيرا ما جمعتهم مائدة العشاء سويا. مضيفاً أنه كان متسامحا جدا بالإضافة إلى انه كان يشعر بأنه غريب عن الجميع في تصرفاته، مؤكدا أننا كنا نتوقع استشهاده في أي لحظة إلا أن خبر استشهاده كان صعبا لأنه كان محبوبا واستطيع بأن أقول بأنه بعد استشهاده ترك فراغا كبيرا ولا يمكن لأي شخص أن يسد مكانه.
ولقد كان شهيدنا رياضيا ويحافظ على لياقة جسمه وشارك في عدة بطولات محلية في المصارعة الرومانية وحصل على المرتبة الأولى فيها وله أيضا ميول رياضية في لعبة كرة الطائرة الأمر الذي أهله بان يكون عضو اللجنة الإدارية لنادي السلام الرياضي .
رحلة جهادية زاخرة بالعطاء
منذ نعومة أظفاره تربى شهيدنا المجاهد عبد الناصر العجوري في مسجد الشهيد عز الدين القسام النواة الأولى لتأسيس حركة الجهاد الإسلامي، حيث تشرب فيه فكر الجهاد والمقاومة وكان شبلا صغيرا من أشبال المسجد وفي عام 2003 التحق بصفوف حركة الجهاد وبدأ فعليا بممارسة نشاطه التنظيمي في مدرسة أبو عبيدة بن الجراح، وشارك شهيدنا في كافة فعاليات الحركة، لا سيما إحياء ذكرى استشهاد الأمين العام المؤسس فتحي الشقاقي، وتسلم شهيدنا اللجنة الرياضية بالمسجد ونظرا لنشاطه وشجاعته والتزامه الشديد بالمسجد تم تنظيمه في صفوف سرايا القدس عام 2004 م ليكون احد فرسان السرايا المرابطين على الثغور .
أبو خالد القائد الميداني في سرايا القدس ورفيق درب الشهيد تحدث لـ”الإعلام الحربي” عن السيرة الجهادية له فقال: “بعد ان تم تنظيم الشهيد في صفوف السرايا خضع لعدة دورات تدريبية أهلته بأن يكون مسئول مجموعة في سرايا القدس ونظرا لنشاطه وعقليته العسكرية خضع لدورة تدريبية خاصة تؤهله ليكون قائداً ميدانياً في سرايا القدس”.
وأكد أبو خالد بان شهيدنا كان مجاهدا يحب الرباط في سبيل الله على الثغور وله دورا مهما في عمليات التصدي للاجتياحات التي كان ينفذها جيش العدو في مناطق الشمال المختلفة.
وأضاف أبو خالد بأن شهيدنا كان يتمتع بجسم رياضي ولياقة بدنية عالية لذلك تم ترشيحه للحصول على دورات عسكرية متقدمة وبالغة الأهمية وبعد أن أنهاها تم تكليفه بقيادة وحدة الاستخبارات والمعلومات بلواء الشمال.
الاستشهاد
في تاريخ 2014/8/3 أطلقت الطائرات الحربية الصهيونية صواريخها تجاه منزل يعود لعائلة نجم في مخيم جباليا، ليرتقي شهيدنا عبد الناصر العجوري برفقة الشهيد القائد دانيال منصور قائد لواء الشمال شهيداً الى علياء المجد والخلود بعد رحلة جهادية حافلة بالعطاء والتضحية في سبيل الله تعالى.

Abu Khaled added that Shahidna had a athletic body and high fitness, so he was nominated for advanced and critical military courses and after he finished it he was assigned to lead the intelligence and information unit of the Northern Brigade.

في ذكرى الشهادة، والصعود نحو علياء المجد، يأبى الشهداء إلا وان يبقوا حاضرين في كل ميادين وساحات النزال، وفي قلوب أحبابهم المجاهدين، الذين لا زالوا حافظين للعهد والوفاء لدمائهم وأشلائهم التي تناثرت في سبيل الله.
أبطال سرايا القدس أبوا إلا وان يقولوا لرفاق دربهم في الجهاد والشهادة أنتم في مقلة العين وفي القلوب حاضرين ومهما مرت الأيام والسنين، فلن تثنينا من تجديد بيعة الدم لأولئك الذين مضوا مقبلين غير مدبرين نحو جنان الرحمن.
الشهيد القائد عبد الناصر العجوري كان أسداً في شتى الميادين، قدم أروع ملاحم التضحية والفداء على درب العزة والإباء. رفاق دربه في سرايا القدس اليوم وفي الذكرى الأولى لرحيله والتي تصادف اليوم الاثنين، يجددون عهد الجهاد والمقاومة على مواصلة نهجه حتى النصر والتحرير.
“أبو مجاهد” أحد القادة الميدانيين بسرايا القدس في لواء الشمال، ورفيق درب الشهيد القائد عبد الناصر العجوري قال لـ”الإعلام الحربي” خلال زيارة ثلة من مجاهدي سرايا القدس لروضة الشهيد في ذكرى استشهاده الأولى: “ان ذكريات الشهداء العظام تجدد فينا العزم من جديد على مواصلة النهج الجهادي المقدس، الذي رسموه بدمائهم وخطوا به حدود الوطن، وقهروا به العدو وجنوده ومستوطنيه على امتداد ساحات الوطن”.
وأكد القائد الميداني أن الشهيد عبد الناصر العجوري كانت ولا زالت له بصمات واضحة ومشرقة في مسيرة الجهاد وساحات البطولة والعطاء، وكانت سبباً في إيلام العدو الصهيوني في معركة البنيان المرصوص وغيرها من المعارك الأخرى.
وأضاف: “جئنا اليوم نحن رفاق درب شهيدنا وفخرنا وبطلنا وأسدنا عبد الناصر العجوري إلى روضته التي يرقد بها جثمانه الطاهر، لنقول له أنك لا زلت حاضراً في القلوب ما حيينا، وان ذكراك ستبقى خالدة في كل الساحات، وله منا كل المجد والوفاء، وسنحفظ وصيتك التي حفرتها بالدماء في معركة مشرفة وبطولية شهد لها العالم “البنيان المرصوص” والتي انتصر بها أهل الحق على أهل الباطل”.
وشدد أبو مجاهد في نهاية حديثه على ان سرايا القدس ستبقى رأس حربة المقاومة، ورافعةً للواء الجهاد خفاقاً فوق ربوع الوطن، وهي الآن في مرحلة الإعداد والتجهيز لأم المعارك، موجهاً رسالة للعدو الصهيوني مفادها ان مارآه في معركة البنيان المرصوص سيرى أشد من ذلك في الجولة المقبلة.
جدير بالذكر أن الشهيد القائد عبد الناصر العجوري ارتقى إلى العلا شهيداً بتاريخ 3/8/2014 في قصف صهيوني استهدفه برفقة الشهيد القائد دانيال منصور مسئول لواء الشمال.

Allegation Concerning the Deaths of 10 Individuals During a Strike on the House of the Abu Najam Family in Jabalia (3 August 2014)
According to a report received by the MAG Corps from an NGO, it was alleged that on 3 August 2014 eight persons were killed as a result of an IDF strike on the home of the Abu Najam family. In other reports in the media, it was alleged that ten people were killed, including two who were Palestinian Islamic Jihad militants – Danian Mansour and Abd Al-Nasser Al-Ajouri. It was further claimed in these reports, that during this strike five civilians were killed (members of the Abu Najam family) who were staying in the house where the two aforementioned Palestinian Islamic Jihad militants were located, while in an adjacent house, three civilians were killed. Subsequently, and in accordance with the MAG’s investigation policy, the incident was referred to the FFA Mechanism for examination.
According to the factual findings collated by the FFA Mechanism and presented to the MAG, the strike in question was directed at Danian Mansour, a very senior commander in the Palestinian Islamic Jihad terror organization, with a rank equivalent to that of a brigade commander, responsible for the organization’s operations in the northern Gaza Strip, and with overall responsibility for the organization’s intelligence service. At the time of the strike, Mansour was staying in the home of Mohammad Abu Najam. During the planning stages of the strike, it was assessed that there might be civilians present in the building, but that the extent of the harm to those civilians would not be excessive in relation to the significant military advantage anticipated to be achieved as a result of the strike. In this context, it should be noted that the building in question was thought to consist of only one residential apartment – the apartment in which Mansour was staying. The strike on the building was planned for execution by means of a precise munition, and in a way in which would allow achieving the aim of the strike whilst minimizing harm to the surrounding buildings. Likewise, a number of different checks were conducted in order to assess the extent of expected harm to civilians in the surrounding buildings.
After the event, it appears that as a result of the strike the target, Danian Mansour, was killed, along with Abd Al-Nasser Al-Ajouri, a senior Palestinian Islamic Jihad military operative. Immad Al-Masri, Danian Mansour’s deputy, was injured, along with two additional terror operatives (Mohammad Al-Masri of Palestinian Islamic Jihad and Vaal Kassam of Hamas). Likewise, according to the above-mentioned reports, it appears that as a result of the strike an additional eight civilians were killed – five in the Abu Najam house that was struck, and three in the house adjacent to it.
After reviewing the factual findings and the material collated by the FFA Mechanism, the MAG found that the targeting process in question accorded with Israeli domestic law and international law requirements. The decision to strike was taken by the competent authorities and aimed at a lawful target – a very senior commander in Palestinian Islamic Jihad. The strike complied with the principle of proportionality, as at the time the decision was taken, it was considered that the collateral damage expected from the strike would not be excessive in relation to the military advantage anticipated from it. Moreover, the strike was carried out while undertaking precautionary measures which aimed to mitigate the risk of civilian harm, with an emphasis on those who were present in the surrounding buildings. Such measures included, inter alia, the choice of munition to be used, as well as the deployment of real-time visual coverage. Additionally, it was found that the provision of a specific warning prior to the attack, to the people present in the structure in which the target was located, or to those in adjacent buildings, was not required by law and was expected to result in the frustration of the strike’s objective.
In light of these findings, the MAG did not find that the actions of IDF forces raised grounds for a reasonable suspicion of criminal misconduct. As a result, the MAG ordered the case to be closed, without opening a criminal investigation or ordering further action against those involved in the incident.
