ولد محمد في الثامن عشر من شهر يناير من العام1989، في حي الشجاعية بغزة، في أحضان أسرة فلسطينية مؤمنة بالله تعتز بدينه.
درس شهيدنا الابتدائية في مدرسة حطين الأساسية كما درس الإعدادية في مدرسة يافا وأنهى الثانوية العامة من مدرسة عبد الفتاح حمود.
في مسجد ذو النورين كانت بداية الالتزام لشهيدنا قبيل الانضمام لجماعة الإخوان المسلمين، حيث كان ملتزماً بالصلوات الخمس في المسجد، ومحافظاً على تلاوة القرآن وحفظه، وكان ينضم باستمرار إلى حلقات تلاوة القرآن و الدروس والمواعظ الإيمانية.
ونظراً لنشاطه الفعّال تم ترشيحه للانضمام إلى جماعة الإخوان المسلمين وحركة المقاومة الإسلامية حماس، وكان مشاركاً في العديد من الأنشطة الدعوية والاجتماعية وقد أصبح مسؤولاً لجهاز العمل الجماهيري في المسجد كما ترأس اللجنة الرياضية.
أحب الوطن وعشق تحريره وعمل من أجل إعلاء كلمة الله، حتى سرت هذه المفاهيم في دمائه، فقد كان يعشق قتال العدو، كما أنه تأثر كثيراً بالشهداء منهم القائد الكبير أحمد الجعبري، والقيادي البارز سعيد صيام، ومحفظه الشهيد رواد السويركي.
تحت ظلال السيوف
لقد كان لشهيدنا سجلاً مشرفاً في مقاومة الاحتلال لذلك حصل على رتبة قائد لإحدى المجموعات القسامية في كتيبة الشجاعية، وتمتع بمكانة دعوية رفيعة في جماعة الإخوان المسلمين.
تعرض شهيدنا محمد للاعتقال في سجون أجهزة السلطة قبل الحسم العسكري بأشهر قليلة، مما زاده إصراراً على إكمال طريق الجهاد والتضحية.
التحق شهيدنا بالعديد من الدورات العسكرية القسامية التي أهلته ليكون مقاتلاً قسامياً صنديداً، شارك شهيدنا في الرباط على ثغور غزة مجاهداً في سبيل الله فكان دوماً في مقدمة الصفوف، كما عمل في قوات المدفعية في إطلاق الصواريخ على المغتصبات الصهيونية، وحفر الأنفاق وكذلك ضمن المجموعات الهندسية في زرع العبوات الناسفة على الخط الزائل.
على موعد مع الشهادة
وخلال معركة العصف المأكول أبلى أبو مصعب بلاءً حسناً في مجابهة المحتل إلى أن نال الشهادة التي طالما كان يبحث عنها ويتمناها.
ففي الحادي والعشرين من شهر يوليو من العام 2014م، فاضت روحه الطاهرة من على تراب هذا الوطن، وسط ضراوة المعركة والاشتباكات مستهدفاً العدو للموقع الذي يتحصن به في شارع النزاز شرق حي الشجاعية.
استشهد محمد ليلحق برفيق دربه عبد الله الميناوي وابن مسجده، اللذان فاضت أروحهما بعد رحلة جهادية طويلة مع كتائب الشهيد عز الدين القسام، ليلحقا بركب إخوانهم الشهداء السابقين، ولينضما إلى قوافل الشهداء التي لا تقف ولن تنقطع.
فرحمهما الله وهما يسرحان ويمرحان في جنات النعيم في جنات ونهر في مقعد صدقٍ عند مليك مقتدر مع الأنبياء والصديقين والشهداء وحسُن ألائك رفيقاً.

Our martyr had an honorable record in resisting the occupation, so he received the rank of Commander of one of the ALKSAMIH groups in the Shujaeah Battalion, and enjoyed a high profile in the Muslim Brotherhood.
Our martyr Muhammad was arrested in the prisons of the organs of the authority a few months before the military resolution, which increased his insistence on completing the path of jihad and sacrifice.
Our martyr joined many of the ALKSAMIH military courses that I took to be a fighter of Qambya sandata, our martyr in Rabat participated in the Gaza Strip mujahid for the sake of God and he was always in the forefront of the ranks, as he worked in the artillery forces to launch rockets on Zionist rapists, digging tunnels as well as within Engineering groups in the planting of IEDs on the ephemeral line.

During the Battle of the Macal, Abu Musab performed well in confronting the occupier until he received the testimony he had always been looking for.
On the 21st of July 2014, his pure spirit overflowed from the soil of this homeland, amid the ferocity of the battle and clashes, targeting the enemy for the site he holed up on al-Nazaz Street east of Shujaeah neighborhood.
Muhammad was martyred to join his soulmate Abdallah al-Menawi and his son, who overflowed Arohahma after a long jihadist journey with the brigades of the martyr Izz al-Din al-Qassam, to catch up with their brothers, former martyrs, and to rejoin the convoys of martyrs that do not stop and cease.
God has mercy on them and they wander in the paradise of Paradise in Jannat and Nahr in a seat that is believed by a competent king with the prophets, friends and martyrs and the good of you companions.

This was a fund raising scheme utilizing cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, to underwrite its terrorism (“resistance”). Note that the solicitation is in English. This would indicate that the fund raising scheme not only targeted Arabic speaking countries but English speaking western countries as well, such as the U.S.
In August 2020, the U.S. government seized the website, funds and assets:

The original Humanize Palestine website memorialized Hamas and al-Qassam Brigades terror operatives, Mohammad Issam Deeb Abu Dalfa was one example. In their own words, they honored the deceased terror operatives as martyrs by bringing them back to life through their pictures, stories, art, and poetry.
Now the victims of these terror operatives have been honored. The U.S. Department of Justice has seized al-Qassam Brigades assets, funds and websites, used to finance their terror campaigns. The monies will be directed to the United States Victims of State Sponsored Terrorism Fund.
