في الثامن من شهر يناير من العام 1991م، كانت عائلة المواطن عادل محمد أبو حشيش على موعد مع ميلاد نجلها الخامس بين إخوته هاني.
عاش شهيدنا هاني في أحضان أسرة ملتزمة بتعاليم ديننا الإسلامي الحنيف، هجرت من بلدتها الأصلية “أسدود” عام 1948م، وتقطن حاليا في مخيم المغازي للاجئين وسط قطاع غزة، على أمل بالعودة إلى بلادهم المحتلة، ولو بعد حين.
تعليمه
درس شهيدنا هاني مرحلته الإبتداية والاعدادية في مدارس وكالة الغوث “الأونروا” بمخيم المغازي، وأنهى تعليمه الثانوي بمدرسة المنفلوطي بمدينة دير البلح، وتخرج من الجامعة الإسلامية قبل استشهاده بشهر من كلية التجارة “انجليزي”، وعاجل الله له بكرم الشهداء، فتلقى ذووه شهادة تخرجه، واحتفت الجامعة الاسلامية به وبثلة من الشهداء، خلال احتفالات التخرج التي تقيمها لطلبتها صيف كل عام.
بين أهله ومحبيه
امتاز شهيدنا هاني بحبه الشديد لوالديه وأسرته، فكان رحمه الله باراَ بوالديه، ومحبوباً منهما، يحب أن يرضيهما في كل الأحوال, مطيعا لهما في كل الظروف، حريص على أن يلبي جميع طلباتهم بقدر ما يستطيع.
وكان رحمه الله على علاقة جيدة مع إخوته وأخواته، تقوم على الحب والاحترام والتفاهم، حريص على أن يوجههم إلى الصواب، مجتهدا في تقديم النصائح المفيدة لكل من عرفه.
وكان رحمه الله واصلا لرحمه، مطبقا لوصية الحبيب محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، يسعى لتقديم الخدمة لجميع الناس، يساعد الجميع في أفراحهم، ويواسيهم في أتراحهم، كثير العمل، محب الخير، ناشرا للمحبة بين جميع من عرفه واختلط به.
وكان شهيدنا محبوباً ولطيفاً مع الجميع والكل يشهد بأخلاقه وأدبه, فكانت علاقته بجيرانه علاقة مميزة، وكان يعاملهم بخلقه خلق القرآن، وكان يزور أقاربه ومعارفه في كل المناسبات .
في مسجد الدعوة
تربى شهيدنا من الصغر على حب الجهاد والتضحية فقد كان من رواد المساجد, فحافظ على الصلاة في جماعة منذ نعومة أظافره وحتى يوم استشهاده في مسجد الدعوة بمخيم المغازي، وعرف عنه نشاطه في أنشطة المسجد، ومشاركته الفاعلة في كافة البرامج والندوات والمسابقات الثقافية وغيرها.
عرف عنه في الحي الذي يسكن به بالشاب الخلوق المهذب، هادئ في طفولته، ومحبوباً من الجميع، كما كان شهيدنا على علاقة جيدة بكل أقاربه ومعارفه.
وكان رحمه الله كتوم, طيب القلب, يحب أن يزور الأرحام والأقارب, ملتزم بصلاته وعبادته، حريص على قراءة ورد يومي من القرآن الكريم، نهل من المسجد الخير الكثير، ورافق من خلالها الكثير من المتقين، ووعي من مشايخه طبيعة المؤامرة التي تحاك ضد فلسطين، فتجهز ليكون من جند الفاتحين، وأكرمه الله بشهادة في أعظم الشهور.
برز نجم شهيدنا هاني في صفوف الكتلة الإسلامية الإطار الطلابي لحركة المقاومة الاسلامية حماس خلال مرحلة دراسته الثانوية، وكان من أبرز العاملين الناشطين في مركز العلم والثقافة بالنصيرات، ونشط في صفوف جهاز العمل الجماهيري، فكان ملتزما في كافة الأنشطة والفعاليات التي تنظمها حماس، حريص على أن يكثر سواد المسلمين، محبا لنشر الفكر الإسلامي بين الجميع.
وعمل هاني في صفوف الكشافة الإسلامية، وعدد من الجمعيات الخيرية، حيث كان رحمه الله بارعا في اللغة الإنجليزية، كما كان بارعا في الدعوة إلى الله بالحكمة والموعظة الحسنة.
القسامي المقدام
انضم شهيدنا هاني إلى صفوف مجاهدي كتائب الشهيد عز الدين القسام عام 2008، والتزم منذ بداية عمله العسكري في الرباط على ثغور مخيم المغازي، فكان مثالا للجندي المطيع، المضحي بجل أوقاته في سبيل الله.
وحصل شهيدنا على العديد من الدورات العسكرية في أكاديمية القسام منها:
1. دورة مستجدين.
2. دورة مشاة وهندسة
ومن أبرز الأعمال الجهادية التي شارك فيها شهيدنا هاني :
1. المشاركة في الرباط على ثغور مخيم المغازي.
2. المشاركة الفاعلة في الرباط بالكمائن المتقدمة شرق المغازي.
3. فحص العديد من العبوات والمشاركة في زراعتها.
4. حفر العديد من الأنفاق، والتجهيز للتصدي لقوات الإحتلال في أي وقت.
5. المشاركة الفاعلة في معركة الفرقان 2008/2009، ومعركة حجارة السجيل 2012، وشرف الشهادة في معركة العصف المأكول 2014.

نال شهيدنا القسامي المجاهي هاني عادل أبو حشيش شرف الشهادة يوم الجمعة السابع والعشرين من شهر رمضان المبارك، الموافق 25-7-2014، بصحبة عدد من المجاهدين إثر قصف مدفعي استهدف الكمائن المتقدمة لمخيم المغازي، ليرتقي شهيدنا صائما مقبلا في شهر الله فضيل، ولينال شرفا لطالما حلم به وعمل من أجله، فطوبى لك الشهادة سيدي الشهيد.

Martyr Hani joined the ranks of the fighters of the martyr Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades in 2008, and since the beginning of his military work in Rabat committed to the Thugur camp Maghazi, he was an example of a obedient soldier, sacrificing venerate time for God.

Our martyr Qsami Almajahi Hani Adel Abu Hashish honored the certificate on Friday 27 of the holy month of Ramadan, 25-7-2014, accompanied by a number of mujahideen following artillery bombardment aimed at the advanced ambushes of the Maghazi camp, to elevate our martyr next fasting in the month of Allah Fadel, and to gain the honour of the long dream And work for him, so blessed is the testimony of the martyr, my lord.

THE FACTS
Hany Adel Abu Hashish studied Infantry and Engineering at the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades Academy. The “Engineering” course teaches students the fine points of military tunnel excavation. The “Engineering” course prepares students for the manufacturing of the locally-produced Shuwaz-type explosive charges, containing 40kg of powerful explosives.
Hany Adel Abu Hashish was pulled from the rubble after he and several other terror operative combatants had established advanced ambushes which were discovered by the IDF and neutralized by artillery bombardment.
SUMMARY
The original Humanize Palestine website represented that Hashish’s education took place at the Islamic University of Gaza and that he studied Business Administration. The omission of material facts renders this statement false. Missing are the facts that his education also took place at the Qassam Academy where where he studied Infantry and “Engineering”.
“Engineering”: The al-Qassam Brigades has an Engineering Unit. According to the Middle East Media and Research Institute, this unit is “responsible for military production and tunnel excavation“. This unit also “manufactures the locally-produced Shuwaz-type explosive charges“. And this is what Hashish did, he “Inspect and co-cultivate many packages“. “Packages” refers to explosive devices, IEDs such as the Shuwaz-type explosive device.
CREATING FALSE NARRATIVES WITH PHOTOGRAPHS
The original Humanize Palestine website routinely did this, the photographs of the Palestinian ‘martyrs’ on their website concealed their terror organization affiliation. Hany Adel Abu Hashish is an example of this.

HAMAS / IZZ AL-DIN AL-QASSAM BRIGADES FUNDRAISING SCHEME
Prior to August 2020, the Hamas and Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades websites had a green banner at the top of their home page. This is how the home page of Hamas’ TV station, al-Aqsa TV, appeared on March 16, 2020:

The green banner contained an embedded URL that linked to the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades website. Clicking on the green banner would open this webpage:
This was a fund raising scheme utilizing cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, to underwrite its terrorism (“resistance”). Note that the solicitation is in English. This would indicate that the fund raising scheme not only targeted Arabic speaking countries but English speaking western countries as well, such as the U.S.
In August 2020, the U.S. government seized the website, funds and assets:

The original Humanize Palestine websites memorialized Hamas and al-Qassam Brigades terror operatives, Hany Adel Abu Hashish was one example. In their own words, they honored the deceased terror operatives as martyrs by bringing them back to life through their pictures, stories, art, and poetry.
Now the victims of these terror operatives have been honored. The U.S. Department of Justice has seized al-Qassam Brigades assets, funds and websites, used to finance their terror campaigns. The monies will be directed to the United States Victims of State Sponsored Terrorism Fund.
