Mohammed Mahmoud Mubarak, 20 years old, was shot by Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) and killed at his work, where he was fixing roads near Ein Sinya on January 29, 2014. He was from the Al Jalazone refugee camp, near Ramallah.

France: Mayor condemns ‘cold-blooded murder’ of Palestinian terrorist
On January 29th, Mohammad Mahmoud Mubarak, a resident of the Jalazoun refugee camp, opened fire on civilian cars and then turned on IDF soldiers. He was killed after a seven minute firefight.
The Palestinians claimed he was an innocent road worker.
Hard to decide who’s telling the truth here, right?
This must be the reason why Pierre Gosnat, the Communist mayor of the Paris suburb of Ivry-sur-Seine, published an official condemnation of the ‘cold-blooded murder’ of young Mohammad Mahmoud Mubarak.
Gosnat wrote that the city supports the Palestinians in their wish to live in peace. In the picture attached to that same letter, we see Mubarak in a PFLP shirt. The PLFP being a terrorist organization. His Facebook page glorifies terrorism.
As it turns out, peaceful Mubarak is the son of a prominent Fatah leader, and the nephew of Hamas MP Ahmed Mubarak.
Sultan Abu Al-Einein, advisor to PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas on NGOs and member of the Fatah Central Committee, praised “our heroic Martyr (Shahid) Muhammad Mahmoud Mubarak from the resolute Jalazone refugee camp, who ascended to Heaven as a Martyr in the battlefield while challenging the Zionist enemy”.

Exclusive investigation: Ivry-sur-Seine town hall endorses Palestinian terrorism
France – The communist town hall of Ivry-sur-Seine, twinned with the Palestinian town of Jalazone, on Thursday accused the Israeli army of “murdering” and “coldly shooting” a 20-year-old Palestinian worker near Ramallah. A version of events disputed by the Israeli army which claims to have neutralized a terrorist who opened fire on soldiers.
According to the Palestinian media, picked up by international news agencies, on the morning of 29 January, Mohammad Mubarak, a worker from the al-Tarifi company, was working on a construction site set up by the Palestinian Ministry of Public Works and Housing in cooperation with the U.S. development agency USAID, when he was “assaulted and murdered” by Israeli soldiers.
“The martyr Mubarak was carrying a road signal to divert traffic (to a nearby village) when he was shot dead by the Israeli occupying army,” said Palestinian Housing and Public Works Minister Maher Ghnei, accusing the IDF of “cold-blooded murder”.
The Israeli military said in a statement that a Palestinian terrorist shot at soldiers stationed near the village of Ateret, Judea and Samaria. Soldiers from the Inner Front Command retaliated and neutralized the terrorist.
The Israeli military later clarified that, according to its investigation, the Palestinian first opened fire on private vehicles passing on a road near Ofra before shooting At Israeli soldiers.
The Israeli military released a photo of a submachine gun used by the terrorist before being shot dead, she said. An M45, a weapon widespread among Palestinian terrorists.
Contacted by Le Monde Juif .info, the IDF said it found the same submachine gun on a photo on the terrorist’s Facebook page, which includes a series of eight photos taken by Mohammad Mubarak, at a public rally of terrorists.

In fact, the black zone is not a puddle of blood but the terrorist’s weapon, as evidenced by a photo [BELOW] taken by a Palestinian photographer and posted on the Facebook page of Sultan Abu Al-Einein, a senior Palestinian Authority official and close Advisor to President Mahmoud Abbas, who praised the “Martyr and Heroic Fighter” Mohammad Mubarak, “mounted to heaven after fighting the Zionist enemy”.
Mohammad Mubarak is the son of a prominent leader of Fatah, the ruling party of the Palestinian Authority. He is also the nephew of MP Ahmed Mubarak of the Hamas terrorist organization.
We are therefore a long way from the portrait of an innocent young Palestinian victim, “worker”, “murdered”, and “coldly shot” by the Israeli army as the communist town hall of Ivry-sur-Seine falsely did in its communiqué. Contacted by Le Monde Juif .info, the director of the mayor’s office did not wish to answer our questions.
With this false statement, the town hall of Ivry-sur-Seine endorses Palestinian terrorism and incites anti-Israeli hatred and is selectively outraged because, by its twinning with the commune of Dianguirdé, in Mali, a country bruised by many massacres committed by Salafist armed groups, at no time during the conflict, this town hall in France has cracked such a public statement to denounce the abuses committed by the Islamists.

Abbas’ advisor who once praised a murderer as “heroic fighter” now praises another as “heroic Martyr” “who ascended to Heaven… in the battlefield while challenging the Zionist enemy.”
Today, a Palestinian named Muhammad Mubarak shot at an Israeli checkpoint north-east of Ramallah. He was killed in the ensuing exchange of fire with Israeli forces.
Shortly after the shooting, Abbas’ advisor Sultan Abu Al-Einein praised the terrorist on his Facebook page, calling him “our heroic Martyr”:
“In the name of the merciful and compassionate Allah,
‘Of the believers are men who are true to that which they covenanted with Allah. Some of them have paid their vow by death (in battle), and some of them still are waiting; and they have not altered in the least.’ [Quran, Sura 33:23, Pickthall translation]
