… Earlier Monday, an 18-year-old Palestinian was killed in clashes in the northern West Bank town of Tulkarem, according to a doctor there. Both doctors spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to talk to the media.
In Tulkarem, hundreds of Palestinians – at a rally organized by the militant Islamic group Hamas – threw firebombs, rolled burning tires and threw rocks at soldiers who eventually opened fire after using tear gas and stun grenades, the Israeli military said….

The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas in the occupied West Bank has given the Palestinian people its martyr son, Hadifa Osman Ali Suleiman, 19, from the town of Balaa, east of Tulkarem, who rose to the top after being seriously wounded during clashes with Israeli occupation soldiers on the outskirts of the city.
In a statement, the movement confirmed that Martyr Suleiman, one of its sons in the town of Balaa, rose up in defense of the dignity of his people and the sanctities of his land, where he did not satisfy the religion and saw the herds of settlers wreak ing corruption in the Holy Al-Aqsa Mosque and in various cities of the occupied West Bank.
Hamas stressed that the valiant resistance will take revenge for the blood of Martyr Suleiman and all the blood of the Palestinian people, pointing out that our people will continue to be good for their children in defense of their dignity and their right to freedom and independence.
The movement noted that the angry intifada declared by the Palestinian people will not keep the brutal occupier on our blessed land, a reminder of the heroism of palestinian youth who do not forget their honorable history of struggle.
The movement called on the family of the martyr, that God bless them with patience, and that their martyr and the martyr of the Palestinian people be blessed with his mercy, and to sympathy the people of The town of Balaa and Tulkarem governorate with their great injuries.

On October 5, 2015, a Palestinian youth was killed while rioting against the Israeli security forces in Tulkarm. The Palestinian media reported the death of Hadhifa Othman Ali Suleiman, 18, from the village of Bal’a (east of Tulkarm) (Wafa News Agency, October 5, 2015). Hamas issued a notice claiming he was one of their operatives (Hamas website, October 5, 2015).

SUMMARY
On October 4, 2014, there were violent clashes with the Israeli army near Tulkarem. The Palestinians threw Molotov cocktails at them and they fired back. Huthaifah Sulaiman was shot and killed while participating in this violent incident.
It was reported that the “rally” or riot was organized by Hamas. Hamas is a designated U.S. Department of State Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO). During the riot, firebombs were thrown, Palestinians rolled burning tires at the Israeli troops, rocks were thrown, and eventually, the Israeli troops opened fire after using tear gas and stun grenades with little effect.
Huthaifah Sulaiman was a member of Hamas. The riot was organized by Hamas. Sulaiman was not simply a “Palestinian youth” engaged in clashes with the IDF. He was a Hamas operative in an event orchestrated by a terror organization, Hamas.

The green banner contained an embedded URL that linked to the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades website. Clicking on the green banner would open this webpage:
This was a fund raising scheme utilizing cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, to underwrite its terrorism (“resistance”). Note that the solicitation is in English. This would indicate that the fund raising scheme not only targeted Arabic speaking countries but English speaking western countries as well, such as the U.S.
In August 2020, the U.S. government seized the website, funds and assets:

The original Humanize Palestine website memorialized Hamas and al-Qassam Brigades terror operatives, Huthaifah Sulaiman was one example. In their own words, they honored the deceased terror operatives as martyrs by bringing them back to life through their pictures, stories, art, and poetry.
Now the victims of these terror operatives have been honored. The U.S. Department of Justice has seized al-Qassam Brigades assets, funds and websites, used to finance their terror campaigns. The monies will be directed to the United States Victims of State Sponsored Terrorism Fund.
